Was at work today, when there was an error in some records. I was involved in the error, but was not the cause of it. I let my boss know that the error was due to something she said, and she accused me of blaming her for it. Then she asked me to help solve the problem with an aggressive tone.
She's the one who was truly at fault, but she's my boss, so I can't speak against her.
Have you been in this situation before? Where you've been wrongly accused, but can't do anything about it. What do you think of it?
BTW- I'm all cool about it with my boss already. I don't mean to complain when I write about this, but just thought I'd mention.
