Kimi ga Aruji de Shitsuji ga Ore de (a.k.a. They are My Noble Masters / KimiAru)
An eroge turned anime- Has lots of ecchi elements in it.
Like many other eroge-turned-anime series, it lacks a solid plot. IMHO, the OP and ED was a little annoying, and the character designs aren't that good. The animation is fine, but is nothing great.
In spite of all that, it's an okay watch-
Ayakashi
A visual novel turned anime. I had good impressions of this series in the first episode- From then on it was pretty much downhill. Character designs are fair, but Pam and Eimu really stood out to me. Kusaka Yuu was annoying and quite useless, and only picks up right at the end. The OP was okay, but I didn't really like the ED. The series' concept has great potential, but it fails to deliver that greatness.
Not recommended.
Ookami to Koushinryou (a.k.a. Spice And Wolf / Wolf and Spice)
Unlike the preceding two series, this is a recommended watch. It's a story of a merchant and a cute wolf (pictured above).
It's plot is good- if you can keep up with it. If you don't understand trade, or the power of the church in olden times at least a little, it might get confusing (rest assured, most of those things will be explained in the series). That same understanding helps the thriller element along as well.
But if you're watching it for the romance element, then you're in for a good ride. Horo (the wise wolf) proves to be a very cute lady, despite her true identity. The series didn't have a conclusion, but it had a very good ending. The OP is wonderful, and the ED is a very fun, energetic and lovable song (despite its poor grammar).
Any of these series get your stamp of approval?
