It's basically two little balls (bet you thought something dirty) connected by a string, and a middle ball that's free to slide.
You then use those three little balls and do tricks.
Then, once you get good enough, you can show off to your friends, and say stuff like, "Hey! Look at me! I can make my balls fly around my arms and I can still play with it after!"
I've only played with this once (or twice), when a friend brought his balls around.
