boleh = can
paking = paking? ^^;
The proper way to say it would be, "Tak boleh letak kereta di sini" which translates into "(You) Can't park your car here"
Below that, the person who wrote "NO-PAKING" seemed a little uncertain if he should put an R or a K ^^;
